These terms govern your use of the Station House Dental Care website. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is operated by Station House Dental Care, Fernlea Avenue, Barnoldswick BB18 5DW. We are registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration reference available on request). Our contact email is teeth@stationhousebarnoldswick.com. Where the practice trades through a limited company, its registered details are available on request.
2. Use of the website
- The content is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute dental, medical or other professional advice.
- You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any unlawful way.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site without notice.
3. No clinical advice
Information on this site (including prices and treatment descriptions) is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for a clinical examination. No dentist–patient relationship is formed by using this website. Always seek advice from a qualified clinician. In a dental emergency call 01282 965286.
4. Prices and information accuracy
Prices, offers and treatment information shown on the site are indicative and may change. A full written quotation is provided at consultation before any treatment begins. All prices are shown as “from” guide prices and the final cost is confirmed in your written treatment plan. The New Patient Exam fee (from £75) is taken online at the time of booking.
5. Bookings and payments
Online consultation bookings are taken through our payment provider, Stripe. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by calling 01282 965286. Payments are processed securely by Stripe under its own terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos and design) is owned by or licensed to Station House Dental Care and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This clause does not affect your statutory rights or the clinical duty of care owed to you as a patient.
