Dr Sarah Metias is one of Lancashire's most respected and experienced private dentists — a clinician whose qualifications place her firmly in the top tier of her profession across the UK. With 19 years of clinical practice, she holds the prestigious Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties from the Royal College of Surgeons London (MJDF RCS, 2011), alongside an Orthodontic Diploma (2023) — postgraduate Royal College postgraduate qualifications that relatively few general dentists hold.
As founder of Station House Dental Care and owner of our sister practice Tower Dental Blackpool, Sarah has spent over a decade building practices that genuinely put patients first. She holds specialist recognition for nervous patient care and orthodontics — two areas where her calm, compassionate approach and technical mastery have transformed the experiences of hundreds of patients who previously avoided the dentist altogether. As CQC Registered Manager, she takes direct personal accountability for the clinical standards and safety of every treatment delivered at Station House.
Her passion spans the full spectrum of cosmetic and restorative dentistry — composite bonding, veneers, smile makeovers, orthodontics and teeth whitening — where her artistic eye, meticulous technique and genuine care for patient outcomes produce results that consistently exceed expectations. Dr Samarth Shetty is a clinician whose credentials set him apart from the vast majority of dentists working in general practice. A graduate of Barts and the London — one of the UK's most prestigious dental schools — Samarth was awarded the Dean's Prize for Undergraduate Research in his graduating year, a distinction given to a single student in recognition of outstanding academic contribution. He went on to achieve the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) at the Royal College of Surgeons in 2022.
What truly distinguishes Samarth is his two-year hospital rotation in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) at York and Scarborough Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust — first as DCT1, then DCT2. This is surgical training that takes place alongside consultants in a hospital theatre environment, managing facial trauma, complex extractions, impacted wisdom teeth, jaw pathology and pre-prosthetic surgery — experience that the overwhelming majority of high-street dentists simply do not have.

Dr Junaid Khalil is a gifted aesthetic and restorative dentist who graduated with Merit in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Barts and the London — a distinction awarded only to the top-performing students in his cohort. His academic record at one of the UK's most competitive dental schools, including A-levels in Chemistry (A*), Biology (A*) and Economics (A) at Ermysteds Grammar School, reflects an exceptional intellect that translates directly into the precision and artistry of his clinical work.
Junaid is one of the few dentists in the Pendle and Craven area with dedicated postgraduate training in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry, having completed an advanced course under Dr Bilal Arshad and Dr Monder Zbaeda covering anterior and posterior crown lengthening, direct and indirect composite bonding, ICON resin infiltration, and complex fixed and removable prosthodontics. He is a certified Invisalign provider since 2022 and is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology (2025) — the qualification that will allow him to plan and place dental implants here at Station House.
What makes Junaid truly special to this practice is his deep local connection. He completed his Foundation Year at Skipton Road Dental in Colne — just four miles from our door — and went on to work at Earby Dental and Dentozen Leeds before joining Station House. He knows the communities of Colne, Earby, Barnoldswick and Skipton personally, and many patients from these towns have followed him here. His chair-side manner is calm, methodical and reassuring — the kind of dentist who explains everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed.
Dr Naadhirah Dudha is a dentist who believes every smile tells a story worth protecting. A graduate of the Liverpool School of Dentistry, her talent was recognised early when she was awarded the Gilmour Prize in Oral Health — an honour reserved for those who combine academic excellence with a real dedication to improving the way people care for their teeth.
As a General Dentist, Naadhirah brings warmth, patience and genuine care to every appointment. She has a special gift for putting nervous patients at ease, turning anxiety into confidence through a calm, gentle and reassuring approach. For many who once dreaded the dentist, a visit with Naadhirah becomes the moment that changes how they feel about dental care altogether.
Her passion lies in preventative and restorative dentistry, with a deep commitment to saving natural teeth wherever possible. She sees her role as a partnership — guiding and educating each patient so they can enjoy a healthy, lasting smile for years to come.
Away from the practice, Naadhirah loves to travel, embracing new cultures and experiences around the world. And when she's not exploring, you'll likely find her cheering on Manchester United throughout the season.
Dr Saif Al-Dabbagh qualified from the University of Baghdad and holds the Licence in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (LDS RCS Eng 2025), alongside memberships of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of England, Edinburgh and Ireland. He brings two decades of clinical experience to Station House, spanning every aspect of general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
Before moving to the UK, Saif served as Clinical Tutor at the University of Sharjah and spent more than a decade as Medical Director of a busy private clinic in the UAE. His special interests include composite and porcelain veneers, smile design, root canal treatment, and implant dentistry — he holds a Diploma in Implant Dentistry and a Fellowship of the Alexandria Oral Implantology Association.
Patients value his calm, unhurried approach and his focus on making every visit positive and comfortable. He consults in both English and Arabic.

Dr Saliha Patel qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Liverpool in 2018 and passed Part 1 of the MJDF (Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties) examination the same year. She brings more than five years of experience across NHS and private practice, with a focus on evidence-based, minimally invasive care and a strong commitment to patient education and prevention.
Her clinical interests lie in restorative and cosmetic dentistry — particularly composite bonding, crowns, removable prosthodontics (dentures) and smile makeovers using clear aligners. She is a comprehensive Invisalign provider and has undertaken further training in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry.
Saliha has cared for a wide range of patients, including high-needs and vulnerable groups, and is known for clear communication and a patient-centred, personalised approach to treatment planning. She is also active in community oral-health education, regularly visiting local schools. She consults in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Dr Metias also leads the clinical team at Tower Dental Blackpool, our sister practice on the Fylde Coast — ensuring the same clinical philosophy across both Lancashire practices.
