Who is All-on-4 for?
All-on-4 suits patients with a full arch of missing or failing teeth, or loose dentures they want to replace with fixed teeth. Suitability is confirmed with a CT scan at your consultation.
How is the All-on-4 price confirmed?
After your CT scan and clinical assessment you receive a full written quote for the complete treatment — planning, implant placement, the immediate temporary bridge and the final fixed bridge — before anything goes ahead. 0% interest, no fees finance is available over 6 or 10 months, subject to status.
How long does All-on-4 take?
Temporary teeth are usually fitted the same day as surgery in suitable cases. The final fixed bridge is fitted once the implants have healed — typically after 3 to 6 months.

Is Station House Dental Care a private or NHS practice?
Station House Dental Care offers NHS and private dental care. We are not currently registering new NHS patients, but new patients are welcome privately. We offer affordable monthly dental plans starting from £20.35/month (Prevention plan) which include two annual check-ups, hygienist visits, and 15% off all further treatments. Our dental plans are often more cost-effective than pay-as-you-go for patients attending regularly. For NHS dental care, please visit NHS Find a Dentist.
What are your payment and finance options?
We accept cash, debit card, credit card, and bank transfer. For larger treatments, we offer 0% interest-free finance over 6 or 10 months through V12 Finance, subject to status. We provide a full written quote before any treatment begins, so there are no surprises — you know exactly what you are committing to.
How is Station House Dental Care regulated?
Station House Dental Care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. All our clinicians are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) — you can verify any clinician's registration on the GDC public register. Principal Dentist Dr Sarah Metias is GDC 114267. We follow all current GDC standards for clinical practice, patient communication, and record-keeping.
